Tickets for a concert

I ordered concert tickets through MegaSeats last week. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found the seats I wanted pretty quickly. Delivery was digital, the tickets arrived in my email inbox within about an hour of purchase, which was fast. I didn't need customer support, so I can't speak to that. The tickets worked perfectly at the venue gate, no issues getting in. Everything was as expected, a smooth transaction overall.

Reliable for MLB tickets

I've used MegaSeats a few times now, mainly for MLB tickets. This last time for a Red Sox game was just as consistent as my previous purchases. The no service fee promise is why I keep coming back; it's genuinely helpful for budgeting. The digital delivery is always quick and I've never had an issue with the tickets being accepted. It's a reliable platform for sports events, which is what I mostly attend.

Got my tickets easily

Needed some NBA tickets for me and my buddy. MegaSeats was easy to use. I just picked my game, found some seats, and bought them. No annoying fees popped up at the end, which always gets me. The tickets showed up in my email pretty fast, so that was cool. Went to the game, scanned 'em, no problems. Pretty happy with it.

Good price for football tickets

I bought NFL Tickets for a game last month. I was looking for the best deal and MegaSeats showed a transparent price up front. No surprise fees at checkout which was great. The price I saw was the price I paid. I felt like I got good value for my money compared to other sites I checked.

Theater tickets, mostly good

I bought Broadway Tickets for a show a couple of weeks ago. The no hidden fees part was definitely a plus, made the total cost much clearer from the start. I appreciated that. The tickets were delivered digitally pretty fast after I bought them. My only minor gripe was the seat map on the website felt a little clunky when I was trying to compare views, it could be a bit more interactive. But the tickets themselves were valid and everything worked out for the show. Overall a good experience, just a tiny bit of room for improvement on the seat selection interface.

Hey, thinking of getting some NFL tickets. How long does it usually take to get them after buying? Need them for a game next month.

K Kevin 2 months ago

It really depends on the event and the seller, but usually, it's pretty quick. Like, within a day or two for electronic tickets.

Mine usually show up super fast, like within hours if they're e-tickets. Physical ones might take a bit longer for shipping, but most stuff is digital now anyway.

How do MegaSeats prices compare to like, Ticketmaster or StubHub? Are they generally cheaper or just better with the no fees thing?

T Todd 2 months ago

From my experience, the final price is often better because of no fees, even if the base price looks similar. StubHub and Ticketmaster always kill you with those service charges.

I've done the comparison a few times for the same event, and MegaSeats usually comes out ahead once you factor in all the junk fees other sites tack on. It's usually not a huge difference, but it adds up.

Is MegaSeats actually legit? Like, are these tickets real or am I gonna get scammed at the door for a concert?

M Mark Osei 1 month ago

Yeah, it's totally legit. I've used them a few times for NBA games and never had an issue. The tickets always scanned fine.

I was worried about this too, but they have a money-back guarantee if anything goes wrong. I used it once when a game got rescheduled and got my money back no problem. So far so good for actual tickets though.

Is there a military discount for MegaSeats? My friend is active duty and wants to get some MLB tickets.

D Dan Y. 1 month ago

I think I saw something about that on their site. Yes, they do offer one. He should check their FAQs or contact support to see how to apply it.

Yeah, they totally have a military discount. My buddy used it last year for some hockey tickets. Just gotta make sure you're verified somehow, I think they link up with one of those ID services.

Do they actually have no hidden fees? I'm so sick of seeing a price and then it doubles at checkout on other sites.

F Faith Hughes 1 month ago

That's their whole thing! I've bought tickets a bunch of times and the price you see is the price you pay. No surprises at the end.

Yeah, it's pretty sweet. Compared to StubHub or VividSeats, it's a breath of fresh air not having those extra service charges pop up. The price listed is usually what my card gets charged.

Can I use like a first-time buyer discount AND a Black Friday code? Trying to get the best deal on some concert tickets.

M Mia F. 2 months ago

Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. You can't stack them, I tried that once.

5

J Josh B. 2 months ago

Most sites only let you use one promo code. You'd probably have to pick either the first-time discount or the Black Friday one, whichever gives you a better percentage off.
